Training on the Central Coast of NSW, our junior athletics program is a great training introduction for young athletes ages 9 to 11 training for events from 100m to 400m.
Your child will build fundamental movement skills, improve confidence, coordination, develop a genuine love for sport and training in a fun, supportive environment. that acts as a progression into the older training group.
