We offer training programs for all sports. You can view our clinic locations and programs HERE. 
We also run sport specific training programs for rugby league, netball and soccer.

What age groups do you run programs for?

Our speed & agility clinics generally start at ages 9 and over, with each clinic being split into age specific groups of 2 or 3 on the day for a higher comptetive training environment.

How do i book into a clinic?

To book in go to www.fitforsport.com.au on the home page click on "clinic locations" to be taken to the booking page where you will see the full list of available training locations.

What are the clinic registration fees?

The speed & agility clinics range from $35 for the 90 minute clinics and $45 for the 2hr clinics.
Host clubs receive a 10% discount for all clinics

Do you run training sessions for individual teams or clubs?
